Effective 24 October 2026. This notice explains what this website collects, how we use it, where it is held, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What this website collects
This site collects only what you enter into the early access and contact forms: your name, your email address, your role, the organisation you choose to give, the type of enquiry, and your message. Nothing is collected in the background beyond the minimum needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use your details
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you opted in, to send occasional development updates. The opt-in box is unchecked by default, and you can withdraw at any time.
- We do not sell or rent your details
- We do not use your details for automated decision-making
- We do not use your details for enforcement of any kind
- We keep your details only while we need them, and delete them when you ask
Where your details are held
Form submissions are held in this website's hosting and form infrastructure, encrypted at rest, with administrative access restricted to the people who handle enquiries. The IP and tracking information stored with a submission is kept to the minimum needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Footage and future pilots
This website does not collect, store or process video footage. If a pilot is ever run, how footage and event data are handled would be agreed with the participating organisation and published in a notice specific to that trial before it begins. No pilot is running today.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form and we will act on it. Every development update includes a way to unsubscribe.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we update the effective date above so you can see when it last changed.
