Fleets

What fleet teams would gain, and what it would cost them.

The case is a better incident record and fewer hours lost to disputes. The cost is process change, and it is real.

For fleet operators

Roadmap concepts for fleet teams.

These are design intentions for a pilot. None is a shipped capability, and none is available to buy today.

route

Incident context, not just a clip

An incident record carrying time, location, integrity and the surrounding footage, so a dispute can be settled from the record rather than from memory.

schedule

Fewer hours lost to claims

Structured event records intended to shorten the back-and-forth between driver, operator and insurer after a collision.

groups

One standard across the fleet

A single evidence and review process, rather than whatever each vehicle happens to be running this year.

privacy_tip

Driver privacy built in

Filtering and retention limits designed so an operator can show drivers it is not surveilling them beyond the safety purpose.

Roadmap concepts, not shipped capabilities.

We want to be precise about this: there is no fleet product to buy today. What exists is a design direction and an appetite to pilot it with operators who will push back on it properly.

A pilot would be small, time-boxed, and measured on two things only: whether the records are accurate, and whether drivers accept the privacy controls.

  • No product available for purchase today
  • Scoped with the operator, not sold as a licence
  • Privacy controls agreed with driver representatives
  • Outcomes published in aggregate, including the unflattering results
  • Leaving a pilot is as simple as entering one

If a pilot cannot show it improves the incident record without eroding driver trust, it should not be rolled out.

If the answer is hours per claim and a good deal of goodwill, a pilot may be worth a conversation.
